I’m really enjoying branching out into portrait photography and combining my two favourite things – music and photography!

I have been so lucky to connect with some amazing musicians in the past year or so. One of them is the brilliantly talented (and rather beautiful) Molly-Anne Chinner. Molly is a country singer-songwriter about to release her first official EP. Her debut ‘demo’ EP is here if anyone fancies a listen, it’s fab!

To capture Molly’s Country Music image we went up to the top of Selsley Common to get some outdoor shots. It was actually quite a chilly day but then sun came out so the photos look like they were shot in the middle of the Summer!

I’m really hoping to get to work with more musicians and artists on photos for their business and their brand. I did some work with small businesses a few years ago, but shooting for fellow musicians feels really great as I completely understand how important good images are to them, and what they’re trying to do with their photos. I love talking to artists about their music, listening to their songs and getting a feel for how they want to be seen. And then to get to actually take that idea and create photos they love from it, that’s just awesome.
